This game was a project at The Ohio State University. We were required to design both the rules and aesthetics of an original analogue game.
My partner, Charlotte, and I developed a passport stamp collecting game called Globe Trotter. The objective of this game is to collect 20 points in your passport book by landing on different destinations around the world. Destination spaces range from 1-5 points to ensure someone must go to at least four places to win. Globe Trotter includes elements of strategy and chance. |
The RulesUser-feedback encouraged iterations and small changes that helped shape the game to be understandable to all. Rules were kept simple and short to not be overwhelming.

The PiecesI designed the board, the stamps, the action cards, the passports and the rule sheet. All design decisions were made to bolster the narrative and play of the game.
