Swenson’s is an iconic drive-in business that started in Akron, OH. While locals know how the business works, issues arose for the company when they opened two new locations in central Ohio. New customers were struggling to learn “How to Swenson’s,” which consists of three steps:
Chute was asked to create a variety of signage solutions to teach new customers about the Swenson’s drive-in service model. The 12 options we presented ranged from elaborate solutions to smaller reminders on “How to Swenson’s.” This project taught me how to balance client budgets while providing creative signage solutions that were legible for customers in vehicles. |
